Tropical storm Arthur was spotted at 80 miles east-southeast of Cape Canaveral, according to the latest forecast by the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.

Moving to the northwest at about 5 mph tropical storm Arthur has a maximum sustained winds of 50 miles per hour.
