A mini shuttle bus fell off the elevated Skyway southbound lane in the area of Sun Valley, Bicutan at around 5:17 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2014. Authorities estimate that the mini bus fell off from a height of about 10 to 15 feet.

The mini bus, owned and operated by the Skyway Management, is being used to transport their employees and tellers. A certain Alan Nopal was identified as the driver of the fallen mini bus.

According to a report by DZMM, the railings of the Skyway was destroyed when the mini bus rammed into it after getting bumped by a black Toyota Fortuner with plate number UXQ 851.

The SUV, with eight passengers, was reportedly on its way home to Laguna after a trip to Baguio City.

Isang Camille Capile, 21-anyos na sakay ng Fortuner ang nagtamo ng sugat sa ulo habang may mga pasa naman ang iba pa. Tikom muna sa pagbigay ng detalye ang mga ito.

The lone 34-year-old mini bus driver was slightly injured despite falling off the Skyway. He was brought to the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital.

As of posting, the mini bus was already towed away from the area.

Authorities are still conducting a thorough investigation of the incident.
