Is Vhong Navarro leaving showbiz for good? Can Vhong Navarro still entertain people after his traumatic experience?
Vhong Navarro misses entertaining showbiz fans. This was his revelation during an interview with Ted Failon during the episode of “Failon Ngayon” on Saturday, February 8, 2014.
According to Vhong Navarro, he is still not sure when he will be ready for a return and entertain the Madlang People of “It’s Showtime”.
Vhong Navarro was forced to go on leave as host of the noontime show after getting mauled by the group of Cedric Lee and Deniece Milet Cornejo last January 22. Among his attackers include Zimmer Rance or Simeon Raz Junior, Ferdinand Guerrero, Jed Fernandez, JP Calma and Bernice Lee.
Below is Vhong Navarro’s latest statement about his traumatic ordeal.
Due to his experience, Vhong Navarro is afraid that his children, Fredriek and Isaiah may now be in danger.
The “It’s Showtime” co-host has filed six criminal charges against Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee and their group. Among the charges he filed include serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention.
Preliminary investigation on the case has been set on February 14, Valentine’s Day.
