Bagyong Ruby made its first of five anticipated landfall in Dolores, Eastern Samar around 9:15 p.m. last night. Typhoon Ruby is expected to make its second landfall on Sunday, December 7, 2014 according to the latest PAGASA weather update. PAGASA weather forecast indicate that Bagyong Ruby slightly weakened with maximum sustained winds of 160 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 190 kph.
