The latest Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) public weather forecast indicate that Bagyong Paeng (International codename: NURI) may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by November 1, 2014. According to PAGASA, Tropical Storm Paeng was spotted at 1,255 km East of Visayas. It was moving West Northwest at 15 kph with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
