No Classes Class suspension on Monday, December 8, 2014 was declared by Philippines local government executives due to Bagyong Ruby (Typhoon Ruby). Metro Manila Mayors announced today that there will be no classes in all levels for private and public schools in their respective cities on Monday, December 8, 2014.
