The latest Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) public weather forecast indicate that Bagyong Paeng (International codename: NURI) may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by November 1, 2014.
According to PAGASA, Tropical Storm Paeng was spotted at 1,255 km East of Visayas. It was moving West Northwest at 15 kph with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
PAGASA forecast said that cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced in the areas of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas. There will also be partly cloudy skies and isolated light rains in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos Region.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
