The latest PAGASA weather forecast indicates that the Philippines will have generally clear skies on Monday, February 23, 2015.
In a DZMM interview on Sunday night, PAGASA said that the cold weather will continue but will not be as cold as experienced during the early February.
No gale warning was issued by the weather bureau.
According to PAGASA weather bulletin,
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over Luzon and coming from the northeast over the eastern section of Visayas and of Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
