Cedric Lee and Deniece Millinet Cornejo were both charged in the Vhong Navarro assault scandal.

Based on the report by the NBI, Vhong Navarro was setup by Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo last January 22, 2014 that led to the assault on the actor.

Reports say that the involvement of Cedric Lee in the assault scandal dissappointed his business partners.

Despite negative reactions from netizens, Deniece Milet Cornejo remains strong. She even defended Cedric Lee and his group during a recent interview on Startalk.

Due to the assault scandal, the Bureau of Immigration has issued a lookout bulletin in airports against Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee and his sister Bernice Lee.

A preliminary investigation has been set by the Department of Justice on February 14. During the said date, Vhong Navarro is expected to face Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee.
