Typhoon Glenda Photo Credit: ANC The latest PAGASA weather update indicated that Typhoon Glenda (international codename: Rammasun) was spotted at 620 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes on Monday, July 14, 2014. Typhoon Glenda is reportedly heading into the Bicol region and western part of Luzon at 28 kph.
