Game 3 of the PBA Philippine Cup Finals between  San Mig Coffee Mixers and Rain Or Shine Elasto Painters was another down-the-wire finish on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. San Mig Coffee won the game versus Rain Or Shine, 77-76, to lead the best-of-seven series, 2 games to 1.

The last seconds of the game is very much similar to Game 1, however, the result went the other way this time.

Joe De Vance was chosen as the game MVP.
