Earthquake in the Philippines today, October 7, 2014

A magnitude quake shook the southern Philippines at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, October 7, 2014.

The earthquake was felt in the area of Batangas City after a rush of rain poured for several minutes.

Heavy rains stranded students and employees at the start of rush hour.

As of posting, there were no reports of damages or casualty due to the quake.
